The Deloitte Ecospace project in Bangalore reimagines the conventional training center as a vibrant hub for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and informal connection. The client’s core brief centered on creating a dynamic venue where meetings, training sessions, and networking seamlessly blend with food, café culture, and relaxed social spaces, inviting both employees and guests to gather and interact.

The primary challenge lay in designing a highly flexible environment. The main training hall features movable partitions, enabling the space to easily shift between multiple breakout rooms and a unified 120-person auditorium. Modularity and mobility underpin every decision, from furniture systems to acoustic controls, supporting an ‘always-ready’ approach to evolving group needs.

Drawing inspiration from Bangalore’s tropical sensibility, the interiors incorporate cane details, lush foliage motifs, and locally-inspired tiles, fostering an atmosphere that feels young, approachable, and regionally rooted. The signature spatial gesture—a large circular recession at the center acts as both a visual anchor and a communal hub, reinforcing the project’s ethos of connection and flow.
