Founder and Managing Director
Ashwin Aryamane
Since 1992 when Ashwin founded the company, his extraordinary skills and inherent passion have fostered an inspirational team spirit. A truly motivating factor is his commitment to strive for perfection while serving our customers. Being accountable for the overall performance of the company is a huge responsibility and one he takes very seriously. Ashwin has successfully led from the front by working closely with each client, valuing them as able partners and developing a lasting bond with all stakeholders. His vision of putting ‘Concept Consilio’ on the global map is deeply rooted on the strong foundation of values and best practices that are synonymous with our brand.
Director – Design and Projects
Anand Karekar
As chief mentor, Anand overlooks every project undertaken by providing integral guidance on the overall design. His creative imagination, eye for detail, ability to conceptualize, visualize and offer practical solutions, suitably equips him for the job at hand. A valuable asset that contributes to Anand’s expertise is his abundant exposure in this domain.
Director of Estimation
Sujit Tawde
A civil engineer by profession, Sujit leads the critical function of Estimation and BOQ. His tremendous commercial competence is a great boon. Sujit mentors the team on estimation of large projects, costing, vendor development and management. In addition, he overlooks the billing and purchase portfolios.
Senior Manager – Estimation
Minal Aryamane
Being a qualified chemical engineer, Minal began her career handling the commercial aspects of industrial projects. Her background in engineering enhances her knowledge of services for interior spaces. Currently she handles the tendering, documentation and estimation of design and build projects for the company. In the past she held varied portfolios, headed the EDP department to begin with and subsequently moved into the QS department. Minal’s excellent communication and leadership skills ensure exceptional inter and intra team co-ordination.
Director – Business Development
Sameer Kardekar
With a construction engineering and management degree coupled with rich experience in corporate real estate backing him, Sameer challenges conventional approaches. He heads the business development initiative and is actively involved in various stages of the project like Design, Techno-commercial finalization, Client Acquisition and Stake holder Management. His interpersonal, persuasive, collaborative, networking and negotiation skills enable him to do justice to his role. Sameer keenly focuses on first aligning himself with client objectives.
Director South
Prashant Shenoy
An architect from LS Raheja School of Architecture, Prashant’s primary focus is to provide personalized client service and lead the group’s expansion in the South. His large chunk of experience in corporate interiors and connect with the southern region, make him ideally suited for this responsibility. Prashant is a hardcore team player who embraces a positive attitude and believes the key to every successful project is the result of a collaborative effort between concerned partners.
Associate Director – Operations
Bakul Sankdecha
His background in Interior Designing and vast experience in the Real Estate sector from a Consulting and Management perspective, makes Bakul competent to oversee all projects as a Functional Head. In this role, he efficiently handles the project planning, execution, delegating of resources, regulating material purchasing, to site management, timely closure and delivery of each project. Bakul is well versed with the latest technology and capable of troubleshooting especially in critical scenarios. Apart from his professional expertise, his ability to build relations, network and effectively communicate, are added plus points.
